Trials For Eternal Glory (2)

When we understand faith, obedience and His powerful presence the result is a thankful heart, thankfulness that comes from learning how to communicate with God day and night. "Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness."We must learn how to cry out to Him day and night to be able to see His power and eternity that He has in store for us in times of trials. The question is "will he find faith on the earth?" Obedience is what God wants in time like this.

"Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the LORD ? To obey is better than sacrifice" 1 Samuel 15:22

Obeying the voice of the Lord, brings joy to God’s heart. Many times God speaks to us with a gentle whisper by the Holy Spirit to comfort and advice us but we haven’t tuned up our spiritual ears. God’s transmitter is surely not broken…our receiver has a problem when we fail hearing from God.

To acknowledge the power of His presence and His infinite love for us, we need to learn how to cry out to Him day and night, how to talk to Him.

God wants us to know Him, to fell His comforting presence even when we have no control over the situation. We really love to feel that we are in control concerning our life and we are shaking when the strings we need to pull are not in our hands, but for sure God is the one who controls everything. Are we aware of that? Even when that great job was lost, show a thankful heart and be aware that He is the one who gives us all that we have. Do not let these verse apply to you "She has not acknowledged that I was the one who gave her the grain, the new wine and oil,.." Hosea 2:8

Always remember that regardless of how bad a situation looks this verse is applicable and will remain unchanged: "… we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose" Romans 8:28.

Instead of worrying, better believe God and His words "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

O we of little faith what a mighty powerful God we have do we still feel so stressed about losing our job or income! Hope not and let’s take the attitude God loves to see in His children, be thankful. "Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ" Ephesians 5:20

No matter what kind of trial you are in, do not let it separate you from His Kingdom. We can take time to talk to God about all our failures, problems and sins asking Him to forgive and redeem us in the Name of Jesus Christ (buzzle.com/articles/jesus-christ/) our Savior. He will answer you and you will see His hand at work whenever you ask help from Him.

Even when there’s so much pain in your body or your child has a grave disease or whatever it may be the cause of your distress, call the Name of the Lord and also "cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7

It is many times our enemy the devil that brings all kinds of evils in our lives; we need to be conscious of our enemy to know how to can stand when his burning arrows aim us: "be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith" 1 Peter 5:8-9

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms" Ephesians 6:12

In the test of our faith has the aim of making us grow in spiritual strength and be capable of encouraging others that will go through the same kind of difficulties in the future. We need faith to win the victory in the battle we are in! That’s why our faith has to be tested over and over, to become stronger and stronger, more and more dependent on God in all things.

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer" Romans 12:12
