"The Power of the Tongue to Cause our Life and Death" Part II

Today's message is going to be one that continue's in the theme that the Tongue has the Power to cause our Life and Death. Proverbs 18 v 21

This message itself could have received a new title all of it's own, but yet the theme is the same therefore Part II will be sufficient.

In all reality, this message, and or messages, is just a servant sharing with others what the Father is sharing with them. I hope each one who reads these thoughts, truly enjoys them as much as I have enjoyed receiving them.

At this time I must request that all take their time, be careful how they hear, and to please open your minds up, as wide as possible, maybe even as never before by some.

In the very beginning in Genesis 4 v 7, one can read, "If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted, and if thou doest not well, Sin Lieth at the Door, and unto thee shall be his desire, and thou Shalt Rule over him."

Here we see that Sin has a desire, and it is to rule over us, but yet, we are told we must rule over it instead. More on this subject in a moment.

But now let us all take heed to the fact that we are all told where Sin Lieth, at the Door, which in reality, is really Ones Mouth.

Yes, this is correct, the word Door here, is referring to ones Mouth.

One should understand at this very moment, before they continue reading, that a Mouth, serves the same purpose as a Gate, and also as a Door as well.

But yet now with this understanding, that will be explained further as we go along in this message, we all must take notice of the word, Lieth.

This word is Strong's # 7257 To Crouch, (On all four legs like a recumbent animal), to Lurk.

In other words, Sin is being referred to here as an animal waiting at the Door of ones House, looking to devour them as soon as they open it.

Now I ask, what is this animal looking to devour? Is it not a person's Flesh? Why yes, the animal lurks at the Door of ones House, waiting for it to be opened so it can enter in, and thus devour the person's Flesh.

So please understand what is being told to us here in this verse, we are being told that Sin, like an animal, maybe even a lion, 1st Peter 5 v 8, is at our Doors/Mouths looking to devour us, and do it by, ruling over us.

But now I ask, Is this not what Sin does when it Proceeds out of our very mouths, does it not bring Death to our Fleshly bodies, just as an animal that looks to do the same?

In other words, if we speak sin out of our mouth, will it not rule over our very flesh? Why yes, we learned this in Part I of this message that the flesh will always follow the spirit's command, whether a good spirit or a evil spirit, the flesh will obey.

I mean, If a Sound Heart is Life to the Flesh, then the opposite is truly true too, that a Unsound Heart is also the Death of the Flesh. Proverbs 14 v 30

And what comes forth from a persons heart? A person's words that they speak out of their mouth. Matthew 12 v 34 & Luke 6 v 45

Therefore a Sound Heart will bring forth Sound Words which will thus create a Sound Body.

But now we all must not forget the cause of sin, Ecclesiastes 5 v 6, "Suffer not thy Mouth to Cause thy Flesh to sin."

James 1 verses 14-15, "But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath Conceived (In Ones Mind), it Bringeth Forth sin (Out of Ones Mouth), and sin, when it is finished (Born), Bringeth Forth Death (To Ones Flesh)."

Matthew 15 v 18, "But those things which Proceed out of the Mouth come forth from the Heart; and They Defile the man."

So of course, sin originates and is conceived in ones mind, but yet it is not Born until it Proceeds out of ones Mouth, which truly acts as a Womb bearing Fruit.

Believer's simply must be Born Again, of a different Womb, and therefore they will bear better Fruit. Oh yes, the word Womb can also mean Mouth.

I mean does not the mind conceive the seed, and therefore the mouth represents the womb that this seed is thus born from, if we speak this thought? Why Yes.

Truly it gives new meaning to the phrase, "I Formed thee From the Womb." Yes, were Formed by the Words that Proceed out of our Mouth, or thus our Womb.

Mind boggling I know, but yet how can a man be Born again Nicodemus asked, is he to enter a second time into his mother's womb? No, of course not, one must be Born of a different Spiritual Womb.

As one can see further, the wicked are Estranged From the Womb, or thus made a foreigner, alien, or stranger by their mouths. Psalm 58 v 3

And therefore, to become part of the Family of Israel, one must be Born of a Different Womb, or yet, a Different Mouth, speaking the Truth, bringing forth good fruit.

But now that we all know that the word Door, can also mean Mouth, we all should be able to understand also, to look at the Human Body, as also a House, or even as a Temple. 1st Corithians 3 v 16

In other words, a Door to a House, is just like a Gate to a Temple, is just like a Mouth to a Human Body.

Please All re-read the last sentence again, to let it truly sink deep down into your ears, and thus into your minds as well. But now one also needs to take notice in the Genesis verse that simply Sin is referred to as a person, or a him.

One should not find this odd, because in reality, the Truth is also referred to as a Human Being, the one most call, Messiah. And yet, where does the Truth reside, as if Sin Lie's at ones Door/Mouth, so should the Truth be close by, right?

In the very end, we all are told in Revelation 3 v 20, "Behold, I (Truth) stand at the Door, and Knock, and if any man hear My Voice (In His Mind), and Open the Door (His Mouth), I (Truth) will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with Me."

Here again, the word Door should be looked upon as meaning Ones Mouth.

Just as in the beginning were all told Sin is lying at ones Mouth, waiting to get in, here in the end, we all are reminded that the Truth is residing in the same place, at ones Door/Mouth, trying to get in.

What happens if we Open this Door/Mouth, as in when we hear knocking at it? The Truth will come into our Mouth and thus into our House/Body, that is what will happen. Roman 10 v 17

The difference between the Truth and Sin, one Knocks, making itself known, wanting to come in the proper way, invited, and one Lurks, trying to conceal itself, wanting to get in without being noticed.

One wants to sup with us, and one wants to sup on us. Let us be careful how we hear, and thus therefore speak.

Many lessons are intertwined within the power of the tongue to control ones Life or Death, but the one that people must truly understand is that the word Door, can also mean Gate, and can also mean Mouth.

In fact many different words are used to describe ones mouth and tongue in scripture, and more than these that have been put forth will be covered in this message.

And also one must please remember that the word House, can also mean Temple, which can also mean Body. Once a person can wrap their mind around these concepts, then the Holy Word will truly start to open up to them like never before. I mean like never before.

But now one last thing regarding the Genesis verse, one should take notice that we are told that we should rule over the sin, or yet, is it the Door/Mouth we are to rule over, since that is where sin lies.

In James 3 v 8 we are told, That No Man can Tame the Tongue."

And yet therefore, if we believe this, then I say we should all do well to humble ourselves and do what King David did in Psalm 141 v 3 when he asked, "Set a watch, O Yahweh, before my Mouth; keep the Door of my Lips."

Once again, one should be able to see, that the word Door here, means a persons Mouth. Let us all pray the same prayer as David, and be in unison today, that Yahweh control our door/mouths.

So now with this new understanding, one can truly know what Messiah meant, when He proclaimed, the Gates of Hell shall not prevail over the building of His church/body. Matthew 16 v 18

Messiah is simply stating that the Mouth of Hell shall not prevail over the building of His church, which truly is His body, His Temple.

Let us give greater understanding now on how this word Gate means Mouth. If one truly knows why Messiah came, then they will be able to see and understand the words that are being spoken here today.

Isaiah 61 v 1, "The Spirit of Yahweh is upon Me; because the Almighty has Appointed Me to Preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent Me to Bind up the Brokenhearted, to Proclaim Liberty to the Captives, and the Opening of the Prison to them that are Bound."

Of course if ones heart is broken, this means that so are their words, and therefore so will their body/temple/house be broken too. But yet here we also see that it speaks of people being bound and held captive in a prison.

To all those reading this, I have a simple request of you at this time. I want you to picture within your own minds, that you yourself with me, are sitting in a prison cell, bound and being held captive by the adversary.

So here we are, were both sitting together in this prison cell, you and me, bound and held captive. One day, I look at you, and I ask a simple question, What must we Do, to get Out of the Prison Cell and no longer be Bound and Held Captive?

You ponder the question, and finally you give an answer to me, we must Open the Gate to the Prison Cell, because if we do not Open the Gate to the Prison Cell, we shall remain Bound and Held Captive within it.

My reply back to you, is yes, what a very good answer you have provided. Now let us understand what is being said here, through King David. In Psalm 142 v 7 David ask, "Bring my Soul out of Prison."

This word, Soul, Strong's # 5315, means Mind, so David is simply asking, bring my Mind out of Prison.

Therefore, David is telling us, that our Heads represents the actual Prison, because ones Mind lies within their head. So yes, look at what we have learned, that the word prison also can be referring to a persons head.

Understanding what words can actually be referring to is very very important in regard to the opening and the broadening of ones understanding of the Holy Word. Today's message is only going to do this such thing, shed light on what words mean.

But yet now understand, that just as a Prison Cell has four sides or walls, with a Gate on one side, actually so does a persons Head, have four sides or walls, with a Mouth one side.

So now hopefully all can see, that the four sides or walls of a persons head, can also represent a prison, and that their mouth can actually represent the Gate to the prison.

So therefore one can simply understand, that just as the Gate needs to be opened to be free from the prison cell, so does ones mouth need to be opened to free their Minds from the prison cell called, their heads.

And yet, to be free, what needs to be proclaimed out of this open Gate/Mouth? The Truth, as yet the Truth is what sets ones Mind free from the Prison called, their Head. John 8 verses 31-32

So to put simply, Messiah is proclaiming, that the Mouth of Hell shall not prevail, No, as His Disciples, shall open their Gate/Mouth and proclaim the Truth to others and their Minds shall be set Free.

Yes, this will set their minds free, no longer bound and held captive by the adversary, within the prison called, their head. HalleluYah

But yet now further, one can also see these truths, in Isaiah 42 verses 6-7, "I Yahweh, have called Thee in righteousness, and will hold Thine hand, and will keep Thee, and give Thee for a Covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; To Open the Blind Eyes, to Bring Out the Prisoners from the Prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the Prison House."

That Thee, is called Messiah, the Truth, and He is to bring out prisoners out of the prison house, which of course, we all know now, represents a mind bound in ones head.

Yet where is He I ask? He is standing and knocking on our Gate/Door/Mouth, He is trying to get us to open the Gate of the Prison so we can all be free. I ask, Do we hear Him today?

Please continue now to Part III of this message. HalleluYah
